E3 2017: Check out 10 trailers for the hottest new Xbox games

After announcing the new Xbox One X at its E3 press conference Sunday, Microsoft jumped straight into the games that you’ll be able to play in the coming months (and years). The company showed off 42 games that are coming to Xbox — 22 of which are console exclusives. Here are 10 of the hottest trailers from the big show.

    Metro Exodus (2018)

The surprise follow-up to the sleeper-hit series, Metro Exodus presents an intense journey across post-apocalyptic Russia in a story-driven shooter inspired by the sci-fi novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky.

    Assassin’s Creed Origins (October 27)

The long-running franchise is going all the way back to ancient Egypt and the beginnings of the Assassin’s Brotherhood. What it lacks in historical accuracy it makes up for in exciting action.

    Sea of Thieves (early 2018)

Rare’s ambitious shared-world multiplayer pirate game looks like a rollicking good high-seas adventure.

The Artful Escape (when it’s damn ready)

I have no idea what is happening, but I am here for it.

    The Last Night (2018)

Blade Runner meets pixel art in this stunning cinematic 2D platformer.

    Cuphead (September 29)

The long-delayed action-platformer that looks like a 1930s cartoon is (finally!) just mere months away.

    Crackdown 3 (November 7)

Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Terry Crews stars in the bombastic superheroic action game that is all about collecting beautiful, shiny, precious, glowing orbs… and blowing up stuff.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War (October 10)

The follow-up to the hit 2014 Lord of the Rings game expands on the already impressive Nemesis system with even more ways to dominate orcs.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps (TBD)

The sequel to the fantastic but infuriating Ori and the Blind Forest looks even more gorgeous and will probably be even more difficult.

    Anthem (2018)

EA is taking on Destiny with this impressive-looking shared-world action-RPG from the creators of Mass Effect.

Microsoft showed off a lot of smaller games that will be coming to Xbox One during their presser. These included Super Lucky’s Tale, a delightfully charming looking 3D platformer that will be launching alongside the Xbox One X on November 7.Super Lucky’s Tale will actually be a follow up to the previously Oculus exclusive Lucky’s Tale; Black Desert, the MMO, will be coming to Xbox One too, as well as some other games that should be pretty appealing to fans of their styles.

These games include Tacoma, The Artful Escape, The Last Night, and Ashen, all of which will be coming to Xbox One. You can check out the trailers for each of these games for yourself below, and you can decide which ones you like for yourself.

anthem looked amazing but maybe a lil too good, and a alpha build, usually they lose a lot of fidelity over the course of production, lets hope not.
